There is no standard pricing available. We believe that each business has its own unique needs, so a pricing proposal is shared after a consultation has been concluded.
Consultations can be face-to- face or may even be an initial telephonic discussion to understand exactly what our client needs. A good estimate of our cost for accounting services depends on whether you are a new business and the estimated time it will take to manage your business. We love partnering with new businesses at reasonable fees, allowing them room for growth and only increasing our fees as their business matures. You will have a dedicated accountant and my team will help you all the way.
Monthly fees are customized according to customer needs and typically includes the following services for a competitive fixed monthly fee:
- Accounting
- Monthly Payroll processing and submission of all returns – PAYE, UIF, SDL, EMP501, UI19
- Tax Planning and submission of all returns – VAT, Withholding tax, Provisional Tax, Income tax
- Management accounts
- Monthly Recons
- Monthly Reports

Our services are not limited to the above and we will happily assist with all other tasks related to your business finance needs and partner with you if financial leadership is required. You may occasionally need assistance with financial preparation for investment funding or credit applications with your suppliers. There are annual CIPC returns, BEE renewals, Tax clearance certificate renewals and Department of Labour returns which also need to be managed. Other consulting companies charge astronomical fees for maintaining these routine records on your behalf. We include them in our monthly accounting fees so your business will only pay any directly related fees to 3rd parties where applicable, with no additional markup.
